Hi gals and guys I’m really stuck on conceptual physics book answers online and would sure desperately need guidance to solve with rational equations, percentages and adding functions. My tests is due soon. I have even thought of hiring a math tutor, but they are dear . So any help would be very much treasured.

Visit https://mathsite.org/adding-and-subtracting-fractions-1.html and you can get all the information about this tool. I would advice you to try it at least once. All it takes is thirty minutes to get familiar to the software.
